My Life as a Third Grade Vampire
I was inspired to write this third edition of “My Life as a Third Grade…” book when I answered the door one Halloween night—and three third-grade vampires appeared! Now this was just about the cutest thing I ever saw! These boys, in their black capes and toothy grins, just cracked me up! In this story, Doris, Zorba and Orloff, vampire orphans, transfer from Transylvania to a new school. While its obvious that they are “clearly different” from their fellow students, no one can deny their positive determination, helpfulness, study habits, and achievements. Help your third-grader learn to celebrate their uniqueness! Includes a glossary, trivia facts, legend and lore, other recommended books and discussion questions.
Dexter Blanding, a Savannah College of Art and Design graduate, was perfect for the illustrations for this book. He says he loves to make kids smile!
Like all of Carole Marsh’s Mysteries, this mystery incorporates history, geography, culture and cliffhanger chapters that will keep kids begging for more! This mystery includes SAT words, educational facts, fun and humor, built-in book club and activities.
